This non-smoking inn at 66 Centre Street has been designed for adults. NO pets.

We now offer queen beds, triples and suites at our other location at
72 Centre Street, 3 doors away.
This is also a non-smoking inn , no pets

We also offer A Cottage In Town nearby on Centre Street
convenient for a family or a couple. Non-smoking, No pets.

These are sample peak rates. (lower rates at other times)

  • Twin beds ~ $195 - $225 (one room)
  • Queen (canopy) bed range $195 - $245 (over a dozen rooms available)
  • Triple accommodations ~ $195 - $235+ (one room)
  • Suite accommodations ~ $250 - $285+ (one with sunporch and connecting bedroom)
    Cottage - $2000 - $2500 weekly in season,
  • Rates are less in spring and fall, daily rates available.
    Rates are subject to change.

Rates/ double occupancy, Extra person per room + $30 per night.

Rates quoted based on number of people, length of stay, time of year, mid-week or weekend and size of room.

Rooms are on three floors, most with a queen canopy bed.

*Special lower mid-week rates off-season (N/A holidays, peak, or weekends).
Weekends require minimum stay.

Rates are per night, per room, double occupancy plus tax 9.7% (5.7% state tax and 4% local tax).

Deposit:
A three-night deposit is required unless staying a week or longer,
then a 50% deposit is required.

Cancellation:
10% Cancellation Fee
15-day notice or 30-day notice (for some reservations)
is required to shorten or to cancel a reservation.
Shorter notice requires re-rental for refund.
Same day cancellations and weekends/holidays with minimum
stay requirements if shortened are non refundable.

Group reservations, weddings, some holidays, events, and reservations of 7 nights or longer require 30-day notice or notice by specified date to cancel or to change a reservation. (Changes to reservations for Christmas Stroll must be made before October 31.)

CHECK IN TIME IS 2:00 p.m.

CHECK OUT TIME IS 11:00 a.m.

Let us know your arrival time.
Arrivals after 6 p.m. should be pre-arranged.
Evening arrivals before 9 p.m., please, if possible.
Please bring luggage you can carry, it is an easy walk from the ferry.

Please telephone for reservations, rates, and room selection for your
specific dates for advance reservations (minimum stays).

Last-minute reservations (less than two weeks):
